This fascinated me the instant the information flooded my mind tank. Okay, so Miu Miu has always done wonders in the fashion world creating garments with innovative and customized prints as well as mastering the mix of fun and class. Well Miu Miu has taken their intense creativity to a new level. Meet The Sparkly Shoes.
The classic tennis shoe has been pumped with studs, glitter, velvet, patent leather and crystals and I've never been one for bling, but these are definitely going on my Christmas list. Mind you they range from $450 to $585 (yes dollars) so start saving girls!

Alexander Wang Fall 2011
Besides being one of my favorite designers, he completely wooed me with his unique and inspiring Spring/Summer 2010-2011 and now I am obsessed with Alexander Wang's Autumn/Winter 2011-2012 Collection!
In the collection there are a few various style concepts and a look to suit every character and Alexander Wang has done an amazing job using contrasting textures and a color palette that (for me) hits the spot.
Here are a few of my favorite shots from his Fall 2011 collection (take note of some wicked chrome footwear) followed by some snippets of his S/S 11'12 range that I love so much.

Family Affairs
So I have been lucky enough to have spent the last few days at stunning Boat Harbor Beach on the north coast of Tasmania but yes I did have reason to visit this adorable beach side community about 15 km north east of Wynyard. My Dad was getting married to a strong, attractive and charming woman by the name of Helen. This special occasion as well as celebrating his 50th birthday in his hometown, made for a wonderful weekend filled with the best tasting bubbly, interesting and I will say innovative dance moves, fabulous food, old school tunes and some inspiring attire! Family and friends thoroughly impressed my style eyes and though I didn't snap as many photographs as I would have liked to of my new icons, I managed to get a few. No one can do class, clothes and champagne like the Flint family :)
My beautiful sister Sasha, rocking a turquoise turban, purple ethnic print wrap and Bardot coat.
Clogs and sand.

Bride Helen in Witchery Jeans and my Aunt Minka in leopard print wedges, both looking amazing in a colour pallet of black and camel.
