This is my good friend Tom. Tom has this great Kurt Cobain, rock star kind of look with his unwashed hair, scruffy beard and casual attitude; which works well considering he is an aspiring musician. Though after moving to Melbourne, landing a job with this appearance was providing mighty difficult for Tom, so he came to me and said that something must be done. His long hair meant that anything could go and his wardrobe had some great basic pieces to get the ball rolling… I was loving life!
Tom Before
Tom’s pale skin, blue eyes and dirty blonde hair suit best with a colour palette of light blue, brown, off-white, charcoal, beige and bold blues. Luckily, his wardrobe had followed suit already and avoided colours such as orange, red, yellow, purple and pink that will overwhelm his complexion and would be too visually overpowering. Sticking to subdued colours and pastels are the best way to compliment Tom’s bright eyes, hair and skin tone.
With a a couple of new wardrobe additions, help from the local hairdresser and Tom’s easy attitude, look at the transformation! Oh and I should mention that though they couldn’t see Tom, coincidently he got interview offers and a job after this little makeover!
We now call it hair voodoo. Makeover's don't have to be expensive!
Tom wears Button Up Shirt from Just Jeans, Charcoal Jacket by Rivival, Black Cotton On Jeans and Blitz-3 Buckle/Zip Boot Winklepickers from Underground.
Who is this handsome guy?
